The Kawai K-200 is a 45-inch professional upright designed to provide responsive touch, warm tone, and dependable performance in a compact cabinet. Its tapered solid-spruce soundboard and underfelted mahogany-core hammers help produce a clear, resonant voice with excellent tonal body for an upright of its size. The K-200 is especially well suited for homes, teaching studios, schools, churches, and pianists who want professional K Series construction without the footprint of a taller studio upright.

Kawai’s Millennium III Upright Action uses ABS-Carbon components that are lighter, stronger, and more dimensionally stable than conventional wooden action parts. Extended-length keys and die-cast aluminum action brackets contribute greater control, consistency, and long-term regulation stability. Additional features include a soft-fall fallboard, muffler practice pedal, four back posts, brass casters, and a steel-reinforced keyslip and keybed.
