When delivered to its new home, your piano will begin to breath and settle. As a result, you may notice your piano shifting in and out of tune ever so slightly in the first week or so. Two weeks after delivery we will send out our top technician to tune your piano and perform a thorough inspection to insure everything is working as it should .

The components used in the pianos we carry are of exceptional quality, and have a tried and true reputation. However, in the rare occasion one of those parts should fail, you can rest easy knowing that we will cover the cost of all of the parts needed to make the appropriate repair.

If a part fails in your piano, not only will we cover the cost of the parts to replace the flawed component, we will also cover the cost of the labor involved to install and regulate the piece. For more involved repairs, our warranty will also cover the cost of round trip cartage of your piano to the repair shop and back to your home.
