10-Year Parts & Labor Warranty

Long-term support designed for how pianos actually live and perform.

Choosing a piano is a meaningful decision, but it doesn’t have to be a permanent one.

Our lifetime trade-up program is designed to give you the confidence to choose the right instrument for today, with the flexibility to upgrade in the future.

What’s Covered

If something prevents the piano from functioning properly, we take responsibility for resolving it.

This includes:

  • Structural issues that affect stability or performance

  • Action-related problems that impact playability

  • Mechanical failures beyond normal wear

Our focus is simple: if the piano isn’t performing the way it should, we address it.

How It Works

If an issue arises, we coordinate service with a qualified technician in your area.

You don’t need to troubleshoot or manage the process—we handle it directly and make sure the right work is done.

For local clients, service is handled directly through our shop. For out-of-state clients, we work with trusted technicians to ensure the same level of care.

What’s Not Covered

Like any long-term program, there are a few reasonable limitations.

  • Routine maintenance such as tuning and periodic regulation

  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions

  • Exposure to excessive humidity, dryness, or direct sunlight

  • Neglect or misuse

These are not exclusions designed to limit coverage—they reflect the reality of how pianos function over time.

Built on Real-World Experience

After years of selling these instruments, we’ve yet to take one back or warranty a piano due to a structural or climate-related issue.

That level of confidence starts with being selective about what we bring in, and continues through the preparation work done before each piano leaves our shop.

The warranty exists as a safeguard, but the goal is that you never need to use it.

A Straightforward Commitment

This warranty isn’t built around fine print or technicalities.

It’s a direct reflection of how seriously we take every piano we sell, and the responsibility that comes with it.
